The full $21 bill credit requires valid email address and customer must agree to receive emails from DIRECTV. In order to receive full $21 credit, customer must submit rebate form online and register account on directv.com prior to rebate redemption. We cannot provide services if you are inaccurate or deceptive regarding inform you provide to us. For example, if you have already received the benefits from directv, participating with us will not provide you any additional offers.
- You must follow through with Directv
If you do not follow the instructions as specified by Directv, you cannot hold us responsible.
- You must provide evidence of qualifying for refunds
You must request a refund is writing, preferably email. If you believe an account number provided to you by us is not valid, you must provide a copy of Directv's statement of the fact. All requests for refunds must be received within 30 days of the end of the program.
